Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
- For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.99.
- We offer expedited shipping options at checkout, with rates and delivery times calculated based on your location.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
Expedited Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Expedited shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
- At this time, we only offer shipping within the continental United States.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
- You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@houseeasehub.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
Address Errors
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. House Ease Hub is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately so we can assist in making the correction.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
